Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to install/renovate/provide items as prescribed in the plans, terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of this IDIQ solicitation. Work includes: drywall, VCT, paint, ceil ing, asbestos, mini-blind, lighting, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Doors/ Hardware, and Fire Stair/Door and latrine work. Solicitation does not contain options. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Project range is $1,000,000.00 to 5,000,000.00. Performan ce time is based on individual line items awarded. Projected issue date is 26 Aug 05 with a projected bid opening date of 26 Sep 05 . There will ONLY be ONE scheduled visit site for this project. Site visit will be MANDATORY. This project is being issued as a 100% Small Business, Hub-Zone Set-Aside. No other offerors will be considered. In accordance with DFARS 52.204-7004 regarding Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prospective contractor(s) must be registered in the CCR database prior to award of c ontract. Prospective contractors may register electronically via Internet by accessing the following website: http://www.ccr.gov Actual Solicitation documents, excluding drawings, specifications and submittal register will only be available from the Feder al Business Opportunity website: http://www.fed.bizopps.gov Drawings, specifications and submittal register will only be available by written request to the Directorate of Contracting. A limited supply of these documents will be available for this proje ct. Once supply is exhausted, requests will be returned without action. Requests for these documents will only be honored if received within 10 calendar days of publication date of this notice in the CBD. Prospective contractors should also be aware tha t a bidders mailing list for this project will be comprised of only those contractors who have requested drawings, etc. and have provided a written request for the same. Requests can be received by mail, electronic mail or by facsimile (barbara.mason1@us .army.mil or Fax 706-791-8651). If a contractor wishes to receive a bidders mailing list ONLY, a request can also be made to the above. Please annotate on your request that you request ONLY a bidders mailing list.
