Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-fixed Price Contract for the Modernization of Longworth House Office Building Elevators. The base bid is as follows: provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the modernization of Elevators 5 and 6 in the LHOB, and a elevator control monitoring system for Elevators 5 and 6 at the LHOB. Option Items are as follows: provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the modernization of Elevators 7 and 8 in the LHOB, and a elevator control monitoring system for Elevators 7 and 8 at the LHOB for the Architect of the Capitol, Washington, DC. This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by September 8, 2005. Requests for hard copies must be made to Chris Lindsay via fax at (202) 225-3221 or via email at clindsay@aoc.gov. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance.
