Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO-PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Axciton Systems, Inc., 2825 Wilcrest Drive, Suite 618, Houston, TX 77042 for the acquisition of the following: 15 each Axciton 5-channel Sensor Box Package with Countermeasure Detection Pad including: Windows software, cardio pump, and gauge assembly with S/M/L cuffs, pneumograph assemblies with extension chains, EDA Assembly, USB cable, 3 year unconditional parts and labor warranty on sensor box. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed requirement must indicate their written interest within 3 days of this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable.
