Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO-PL8231), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Limestone Technologies, 556 O?Conner Drive, Kingston Ontario K7P 1M3 Canada for the acquisition of the following: 5 each Polygraph Professional Suite Silver Package - Specifications for each package consists of 1 DataPac 16 bit Sigma Delta Data Acquisition Interface, 8-Channel dta acquisition system that supports the measurement of skin temperature, 2-respiration channels, Skin EDA, Blood Pressure cuff, pulse rate, counter measures, and strain; 1 Adult blood pressure cuff and palm style aneroid sphygmomanometer; 1 96? EDA leads to be used with either stainless steel or disposable wet-gel electrodes; 1 disposable wet-gel EDA electrodes (pkg of 100ea); 1 Stainless Steel EDA electrodes; 2 Pneumatic respiration gauges; 1 StingRay Lite counter measure cushion; 1 Identifi Scoring Algorithm, 1 OSS Scoring Algorithm; 1 Printed comprehensive manual and AVI tutorial on CD-ROM; 1 year maintenance agreement to include telephone support and software upgrades to the Polygraph Professional Suite; and 5 each StingRaySE Counter Measure Cushion, Piezo Film Technology. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
