Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory, Sidney, Montana, requires one NEW Flat Bed, Gooseneck Farm Equipment Trailer, a minimum of 29 feet in length with adjustable floor width. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-027-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 29, 2005 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. THIS SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE *UNLESS AVAILABLE ON GSA CONTRACT, WHICH TAKES PRIORITY OVER OPEN MARKET. The NAICS is 333111 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-027-82HW-05, which will be available on or about August 15, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
