- The Bay Pines VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to AFC Industries of College Point, NY for the following items: (1) Item number STC84722424-B-CC single tier corner unit, radiologist workstation, wild cherry/blk/blk ? 6 each; (2) Item number AFCERGO04 monitor telescopic drives ? 6 each; (3) Item number KA6000 keyboard arm economy - 6 each; (4) Item number TR2000 keyboard tray with slide out mouse tray - 6 each; (5) Item number TA004B dictation arm ? 5 each; (6) Item number CH-100 cup holder ? 7 each; (7) Item number PD001 pencil drawer 21w ? 7 each; (8) Item number AMBL001 amd/task light combo ? 8 each; (9) Item number P2BBF19MF 3 drawer chest ? 12 each; and (10) Item AFCFLEXOARM flat panel monitor arm ? 1 each. NAICS code #337127 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Order is to be delivered to Bay Pines VA Medical Center at Building 100 Warehouse, St. Petersburg, FL, 33708. No solicitation will be issued, however, all quotations received on or before 4:00 PM, EST, August 26, 2005, will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is on or before September 9, 2005.
