Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana requests information from SMALL BUSINESSES that have the capability to provide sodium chloride rock salt, Type I water conditioner grade, in accordance with A-694B, dtd 6/22/83 and ANSI/AWWA, B-200-78, and provide delivery utilizing a hydraulic truck equipped with a minimum of a twenty (20) foot hose. If you are a small business with these capabilities please respond to Susan Hargett-Evans, in writing, by fax or email. Response to this announcement may help determine if sufficient competition among small business to warrant any type of small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. Please provide requested information no later than 4:30 pm, local time, July 29, 2005. Response must include firm name, point-of-contact information, socio-economic status, and a positive statement that the firm is a small business concern.
