Description

DESC: The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 for bread and bakery products for the following Department of Veterans Affairs facilities within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 21): VA Medical Center, San Francisco CA, VA Palo Alto Health Care System CA, with divisions at Menlo Park and Livermore, CA, and VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, Reno, NV. Contract period is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with one (1) option year. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Offerors shall bid on all locations and line items. The following provisions and clauses apply in addition to any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -?Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items. NAICS is 311812. FSC is 8920.
