Description

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies and equipment required to Furnish, Install, and perform initial certification of Backflow preventors at Dyess AFB, TX. Operations and maintenance shall be in accordance with Department of Labor, OSHA requirements, project identified national standards, Corps of Engineers Safety Manual 385-1-1, and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards, and commercial practices as described in the statement of work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332913. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for HUBzones. This will be a firm-fixed contract. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.eps.gov. Offerors not already registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1-888-227-2423 or http://ccr.gov. No contract award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met.
