This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W81K00-05-T-0688 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a notice of intent to award sole source to Lea Medizintechnik Gmbh, Winchester Str.2, Giessen, 35394 DEU for 02C (Oxygen to see) Version 2424, fully equipped device, (for two probes, each two detection depth); 4 spectrometer; 4 white light analyser electronics; 2 halogen light source high stability; 2 chanal laser-electronic (class 3b); 4 chanal LD sign al-converter; Software: Online 4 chanal blood flow analysis rBF(AU); online 4 chanal oxygen-saturation analysis S0 2 (%); online 2 chanal hemoglobin-amount-analysis rHb (AU); online 1 chanal hb-spectra viewer (VIS or NIR) white standard; Port 1. Laser an d Whitelight illumination and Laser and Whitelight detection unit adaped for LF-7 or LF-12 (LF-12 two heads one head 2mm separation, one 8mm separation); Port 2.
