Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for the development and installation of two (2) ?Timeline? Exhibits that will portray the history of the BEP at the Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX facilities. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-05-0639. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be best value to the Government. All interested parties are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 (Attachment A) or on company letterhead. The following documents can be downloaded from the FedBizOpps Website. Interested offerors wishing to obtain pictures showing the wall spaces should make their request to the buyer listed below by email. (Attachment B) Statement of Work, Evaluation Factors, and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, and DUNS number. If this item is available under GSA Schedule please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by COB 08/25/05.
