- DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 10,630 rentable square feet of contiguous (on a single floor second floor or above) office and related space together with two (2) reserved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield between 9,244 to 10,168 usable square feet as measured per American National Standard ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996. LOCATION: The City of San Rafael, CA within one half (1/2) mile from U.S. Highway 101 from 2nd Street on the south to Manual T. Freitas Parkway on the north. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: The space must be in an office building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use with access to public transportation. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's requirements for ADA compliance and seismic safety. There should be, as determined by the GSA Contracting Officer, adequate public parking, public transportation, eating facilities, and other services such as retail shops, banks, and cleaners in the area.
