Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. This is published for market research purposes only and in no way obligtes the Government in an award of any contract. This notice seeks to identify qualified sources from Industry. The Defense Contract Aduit Agency has a requirement for maintenance service for 34 Xerox copiers located in offices in: Baltimore, Laurel and Anapolis, MD; San Diego, Anaheim, Mountain View, El Segundo and San Jose, CA; King of Prussia, PA; Garland, Richardson and Greenville, TX; Rochester, NY; Chantilly, Oakton, Fairlakes, Falls Church and Reston, VA; Hudson, NH; St Louis, MO; Tucson, AZ; Orlando and Melbourne, FL. Quantities and model numbers are one - 5034ZTAS; two - 5624TA; two - DC220C2; five ? DC230C2; one ? DC255; two ? DC12; one ? DC4CP; one ? Fiery X-12; one ? DC432AS; six ? DC214; two ? WC PRO35; five ? DC 2006 (Color); three ? WC45; and two ? WC55. All of the locations listed above require that the maintenance technicians providing the service have a security clearance of Top Secret ? Special Compartmented Information (TSSCI). Period of Performance is for 12 months of service from September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006 with the possibility of no more than 4 option years.
