Description
Solicitation Section entitled ?Schedule of Supplies/Services?, Page 4, is hereby amended to reflect the following additional requirements for our customer at Defense Distribution Depot Red River, TX (DDRT). Offerors are required to submit prices and these prices, as proposed in the offer, and accepted by the Government will be the product price. The descriptions are as follows: DUNNAGE 1. Dunnage,part #12268550-1, wooden dunnage using southern yellow pine (SYP). Two (2) outside board sizes: 2 inches X 6 inches (nom.) x 48 inches, notched to pattern, two (2) inside end pieces: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom.) x 7 5/8 inches, and eight (8) inside spacers: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom.) x 10 1/2 inches. Nailed assembly. All wood shall comply with the "Heat Treated Lumber" requirements. 2. Dunnage for part # 12359466-7, wooden dunage using southern yellow pine (syp). Two (2) outside board sizes: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom) x 48 inches, two (2) inside board sizes: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom) x 5 1/2 inches. Nailed assembly. All wood shall comply with the "heat treated lumber" requirements. 3. Dunnage,#116677988, wooden dunnage using southern yellow pine (SYP). Two (2) outside board sizes: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom) x 47 inches. Two (2) inside board sizes: 2 inches x 4 inches (nom) x 5 1/2 inches spaced to pattern. Nailed assembly. All wood shall comply with the "Heat Treated Lumber" requirements. 4. Dunnage # 8703914, wooden dunage using southern yellow pine (syp). Two (2) outside board sizes: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom) x 60 inches, eight (8) inside board sizes: 2 inches x 6 inches (nom) x 8 inches, and four (4) spacer sizes: 2 inches x 2 inches (nom) x 16 inches. Assembled with metal strapping and nailed. All wood shall comply with the "heat treated lumber" requirements. SKID WINGS 1. Skid, wing, 58" x 58" with 3 inch wings, 2 way, clip corner cut 2 inches, non-coniferous syp, heat-treated and stamped, 10 pieces of 1" x 6" x 58", 3 stringers of 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 58", used to ship tires. 2. Skid, wing, 48" x 48" with 3 inch wings, 2 way, clip corner cut 2 inches, non-coniferous syp, heat-treated and stamped, 8 pieces of 1" x 6" x 48", 3 stringers of 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 48", used to ship tires. 3. Skid, wing, 40" x 40" with 5 inch wings, 2 way, clip corner cut 2 inches, non-coniferous syp, heat-treated and stamped, 7 pieces of 1" x 6" 40", 2 stringers of 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 40", used to ship tires. 4. Skid, wing, 35" x 35" with 5 inch wings, 2 way, clip corner cut 2 inches, non-coniferous syp, heat-treated and stamped, 6 pieces of 1" x 6" x 35", 2 stringers of 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 35", used to ship tires. 5. Skid, wing, 30" x 30" with 4 inch wings, 2 way, clip corner cut 2 inches, non-coniferous syp, heat-treated and stamped, 5 pieces of 1" x 6" x 30", 2 stringers of 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 30", used to ship tires.
