- RB052100010000, 1670-00-004-9931, Parachute Canopy Assembly. This is a Indefinite Quantity Contract for an estimated base year quantity of 148 each and 80 each for each option year. A Government First Article Test and Production Lot Test is required. Competition for this part is limited to sources which are listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award. Approved sources are 02693, 05QR4, 77745. Production delivery is 122 days at FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Solicitation will include ABVS. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
