Description: NOAA, NMFS, Northwest Fisheries Science Center requires an Mx3005P real-time PCR system. The components are to include: 5 channel format capable of detecting 5 florescent dyes simultaneously, 96-well plate format, etc. Must be delivered by 09/30/2005. NOAA intends to award this contract on a sole source basis to Stratagene. Stratagene has provided NWFSC with their systems for the past several years, thus to keep with the organizational standard it is necessary to purchase these component parts. All responsible parties may submit a bid or proposal to this office. This is a Simplified Acquisition not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
