Description

Provide Hoptel guest rooms in Motel/Hotel to VA beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia to be used on a short term basis. Contractor shall furnish all standard supplies/services included as a minimum room requirement. Availability of up to 20 rooms on weekdays (Sunday night through Thursday night) and 4 rooms on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) with minimum prior day reservation/authorization required. This contract includes a base year (one year from date of award), plus two one-year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0028-06 and is advertised as 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS Code 721110 and a size standard of $6.0M. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing this type service will be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
