Description

The 347th Contracting Squadron/MSCB is seeking sources to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for LINEN SERVICES at Moody AFB, GA. Service is defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) prescribed by the 347 Medical Group. If you wish to obtain a copy of the SOW, please send an email to Stephen Sparks at the address below and put your name, title, business name, phone number, fax number, and statement requesting SOW from our office. SOW will be faxed as soon as possible. The performance period is one year (1 Sep 05 through 30 Aug 06) with four one-year option periods, unless either party cancels the agreement by providing a 30-day written notification. Please indicate your interest as a potential source for this BPA by providing a price list for all services to be provided under resultant BPA for LINEN SERVICES no later than 9:00 AM EST on 23 Aug 05. Your offer must include the solicitation number, a price quote, name, address, and phone number of a point of contact. CCR enrollment is required for establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement; registration can be initiated at www.ccr.gov .
