- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Newnan, Georgia The General Services Administration seeks to lease approximately 4,255 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 3,700 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet in Newnan, Georgia. Space must be located within the following delineated area: SOUTH - Long Place/Salbide Avenue from Jackson Street to Perry Street. EAST - Broad Street/Lower Fayetteville Road from Perry Street to Lassiter Road. WEST - Jackson Street from Long Place/Salbide Avenue to Miller Farmer Industrial Blvd. NORTH - Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd. from Jackson Street to Bullsboro, Bullsboro/Hwy. 34 to Lassiter Road. The term of this lease is 5 years, 3 years firm; with all services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before April 30, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. New construction will be considered. Newly constructed buildings are required to meet a 50-foot setback from streets and public parking. This requirement applies to ?all sides? of the building.
