- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to the following questions concerning the RFQ: 1. Do you want quotes submitted on Standard Form 18, or just in a narrative format? Answer: No. A narrative format can be acceptable. 2. If you want SF18 submitted with emailed proposals, what image file format do you prefer? (JPEG, TIFF, etc.) Answer: N/A 3. If this RFQ is for research and writing of MSDS documents, why is it classified as NAICS 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment? Answer: Correction: The correct NAICS Code is 541990.
