Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites offers for Observation Building at the Back Bay National Willdlife Refuge located in Virginia Beach, VA. The work includes construction of a concrete and masonry observation building. Work involves clearing, grubbing, earthwork, architectural concrete, concrete masonry units, all carpentry and structural standing seam roof.
