Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Items to be purchased: Annual Reimbursement for FY06 IAW with Inter-Agency Agreement number AK-IA-02-0002, and Alaska Federal Health Care Partnership Memorandum of Understanding. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 1 Oct 2005. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the government.
