Description

The Naval Hospital Pensacola, Pensacola, Florida on behalf of the Main Operating Room, intends to award sole source procurement to Depuy Mitek for a Shoulder Repair Set Instrumentation, Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Instrumentation Set, and a Tunnel Dilator Set Instrumentation. The instruments must be compatible with the existing system. This is not a request for competitive quotes: however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to the Navy?s requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this action is 339113. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures, see FAR Part 13.5. see ?Numbered Note 22?.
