- The Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC) located in Tracy, CA has a requirement for the following CMC or equal items: 8 ea ? Radio Accessories, P/N 546510 (this item )on-space SR65i-01) must be ordered with the radio interface cable because they are made as a unit designed to the specific type of radio. DDJC radio model is the Motorola XTS 3000 (on-space SR65i Motorola XTS 3000 #0303-09-014); 6 ea ? confined space rescue harness, P/N 202165; 2 ea ? confined space rescue team package; P/N 501301; 2 ea ? rescue rope team package, P/N 501105; 4 ea ? rescue rope system package, P/N 501101; 6 ea ? rescuer personal pack, P/N 501107; 2 ea ? confined space rescue communication kit, P;/N 540007; 8 ea ? Petzl Ecrin duo helmet, P/N 345301; 2 ea ? IST-AIM search and rescue camera kit, P/N 19-065-6238; 2 ea ? ROCCO/confined space rescue videos, P/N 993700; 2 ea ? Haz-Mat decon communications kit, P/N 540006 and 2 ea ? rescue pre-rig 4 to 1 pulley kit, P/N 500102. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for commercial items; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. All responsible Offerors are to submit current pricing, delivery time, payment terms, cage code, Dunn and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification Number and all applicable specifications regarding this solicitation.
