Description
PR-No.: IQC05215009002, NSN 5985-01-259-6559. Antenna. This source controlled item is I/A/W Northrop DWG 123SCAV5765-1 Rev E DTD 5 SEP 91. Approved sources are (Cage 00752) AIL Systems, Inc. P/N DMC144-1-1, (Cage 55635) Dayton Granger, Inc P/N FVU10-403 and (26512) Northrop Grumman Corp P/N 123SCAV5765-1. Adequate data for the evaluation of offers is not available at the procurement agency. Alternate offers must submit a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. See Notes 22 and 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 35-each in 100 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 20-each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 5 to 19, 20 to 39, 40 to 69, 70 to 89, 90 to 109, 110 to 140. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 9 SEPTEMBER 2005. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is unrestricted. Approved sources are AIL Systems, Dayton Granger, and Northrop Grumman Corp. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month(s) Basic Contract, and four (4) 12-month(s) option period. The total duration shall not exceed 60-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
