- Solicitation for NSN 1660-00-868-6591, YPG05126000545, Kit, Overhaul, Converter, in accordance with Drawing 98748 9776274, P/N 9776274-10. This is a critical application item. Configuration Control applies. Contractor shall furnish kits complying with the requirements of OC-ALC Drawing 9776274, Revision Basic, and applicable supports. An unrestricted technical data package for this NSN is available at DSCR website: https://ric1S-C025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Essex Cryogenics of Missouri Inc., CAGE 19062 is the only approved source for this kit. Any other source being considered for award must be evaluated and approved. Delivery is 74 days ARO. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP is 007. Shipments will be made to W62G2T XU Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95296-0130 for a quantity of 114 EA and SW3211 Defense Distribution Depot Oklahoma, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000 for a quantity of 126 EA. Unrestricted. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue around 30 August 2005.
