- Description
- Western Area Power Administration (Western), Corporate Services Office (CSO), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for IronMail software and associated products. Authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. The resulting solicitation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The requirement is for IronMail Secure Platform hardware, IronMail Hot Spare redundant unit, IronMail Profiler and Policy Manager, software maintenance, Authentium AV Licenses and an installation site visit. The software was developed by CipherTrust. All interested parties may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. The statement must be received in the CSO no later than three days after publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the Government???s discretion. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code for this requirement is 423430, and the size standard for this code is 100 employees.
