- Description
- The Coatesville VA Medical Center is seeking proposals for laundry services. Businesses must have the ability to provide laundry services for approximately 1,000,000 pounds of soiled linen annually. Services shall include pick-up and delivery five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday with a turnaround time of forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours. The Coatesville VAMC intends to award a firm-fixed price one year contract with four (4) one year option renewal periods. An award shall be made using a cascade setaside order of precedence. NAICS is 812331. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic and hardcopy formats. Electronic solicitations will be available from FedBizOpps on or about August 30, 2005. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer no later than September 12, 2005. Offers are due to the Contracting Officer by 2:00 p.m. on September 30, 2005.
