Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the project entitled ?EXPAND SPECIALTY CLINICS? at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Mather California, generally described as the construction of a 12,000 square feet two-story building and modifications to the existing parking area, a new patient drop-off area and all related work as required by drawings and specifications. This acquisition is set-aside for competition among eligible 8(a) Business Concerns only. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $2 million and $5 million dollars. An offer guarantee is required.
