Description

The VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking qualified, responsible hub zone firms who have the capacity and capability to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete Project #693-05-17 AOPC Renovations Phase 2 Project. Work will be performed at the Allentown Outpatient Clinic in Allentown, PA. Work will include but is not limited to the following: renovating rooms, installing a wind break at front entrance, carpet replacement, installing peta type rug at entrances and installing privacy partitions at reception area. Plumbing, hvac, electrical, mechanical and finish work. Construction cost range is $100,000-250,000 NAICS for this procurement is 238390, size standard 12.0 million. Bid documents will be available on or about August 29, 2005. Interested bidders must submit WRITTEN REQUESTS ONLY to Contracting Officer, Va Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Fax #570-821-7277. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All respondents must be registered in Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov. Bid documents will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. This procurement is 100% Hub Zone Set-Aside. Bids from other than Hub Zone's will not be considered. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
