Description

We intend to award a contract to General Dynamics, 77 A Street, Needham, MA 02494-2806 to purchase eight (8) TACLANE Mini KG-175B Encryptors and licenses. General Dynamics has propriety rights on the licenses and manufacture NSA Type-1 encryption d evices and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This i s not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
