Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies in which the government intends to issue a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Complete Parachute Solutions, Inc./ 1200 Flightline Blvd., Deland, FL 32724, (386) 736-3862. The Alaska Air National Guard, Anchorage, AK has a requirement to purchase the SOV3-HH-398 Parachute System, Item # CPS-SOV3-HH-398, main canopy with hardware and nomex, reserve canopy, cypress military solo and standard gear bags w/front pocket. Firms tha t believe they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer that they meet all specifications and can furnish these items. Reference Solicitation #W91ZRU-05-T-0007, when submitting a written inquiry on this requirement. NOTES: This announcement constitutes the only solicitation /request for quotation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates the following provisions by reference, FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Comm ercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certificates-Commercial items; 52,212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Required to Implement statutes or Executive Orders-Comme rcial Items. This contract will be issued under NAICS 314999 with a small business standard of 500 empoyees. Required delivery is to the Alaska Air National Guard, Anchorage, AK. Price for freight should be submitted as FOB Destination or FOB Origin, as a separate line item. Quotes are due on August 26, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. Alaska Standard Time. Quotes must be sent by email (willie.hardee@akanch.ang.af.mil) or by fax (907) 249-1614 along with completed representations and certifications, providing business siz e, e-mail address, Dun & Bradstreet number, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID number.
