- This requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitatio n; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W904TE-05-Q-3017. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular 2005-05. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334119. The Technical Applications Office has a requirement for the following brand name only (OQO) equipment: 0001. OQO Model 01 w/MS Windows XP Pro, 37 ea; 0002. MS Small Busin ess Edition for Item 0001, 37 ea; 0003. OQO Lithium Polymer Battery for Item 0001, 37 ea; 0004. OQO Power Supply for Item 0001, 37 ea; 0005. OQO Docking Cable for Item 0001, 37 ea; 0006. OQO Digital Pen for Item 0001, 37 ea; 0007. OQO Model 0 1 w/ MS Windows XP Pro, l ea; 0008. MS Office Small Business Ed for Item 0007, l ea; OQO Lithium Polymer Battery for Item 0007, l ea; 0008, Shipping, estimated, l lt. Required delivery date is 30 days from contract award. Offerors must meet the st andard for FAR 9.104. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Offerors are advised that these representations and c ertifications may be completed electronically via the OCRA website at: http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicit ation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement.
