Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires Project Partners OP3 software maintenance, possible new requirements for OP3 software and services in form of operations and maintenance technical expertise in support of USACE P2 Project. P2 is the Corps of Engineers Standard Project Management System which supports the management and execution of Military, Civil Works, Environmental, Re search and Development programs/projects. Requirement includes annual software maintenance of Corps of Engineers owned OP3 software licenses and optional purchase of additional licenses. Services shall include functional and technical expertise in relatio n to operation and maintenance support of P2 system including change orders, and services to develop interfaces, integration of Project Partner OP3 software with Oracle, Primavera products and P2 system and COTS upgrade support. Access to Project Partner p roduct software source code is required to perform the full scope of required tasks. This publication serves as notice of intent to negotiate a contract for a base period of one year and four option years on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 with Project Partners, LLC, 520 Puriss ima Street, Half Moon Bay, California 94019 for software maintenance, optional software and services. Numbered Note 22 is applicable.
