Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home intends to issue a solicitation for repair and maintenance of an elevated water tower. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for service disabled small business. The NAICS code is 238320 and the size standard is $12.0 million. This solicitation will result in a contract with a base and 4 option periods. This solicitation will result in a Commercial Item, firm-fixed price contract. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide repair and maintenance services for a 100,000 gallon elevated water tower located on the campus of the Armed Forces Retirement Home located in Gulfport, Mississippi. The repairs include stripping and repainting the exterior surface of the tower. The existing coating application consists of lead based paint.
