Description

The United States Government seeks to lease Class A office space consisting of approximately 2,618 rentable sq. ft in Fresno, California within the following delineated area: Central Business District of Fresno, California bordered by Highway 199, Highway 41, and Stanislaus Street. The space should yield between 2,297 to 2,320 BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
