- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for a Succeeding Leased Warehouse/Light-Industrial Space in Washington, DC The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 49,560 BOMA rentable square feet of warehouse or light-industrial space within the following delineated area: North Boundary: N Street NW East Boundary: 14th Street South Boundary: Independence Ave West Boundary: 23rd Street The space should yield a minimum of 45,538 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2005. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Interested parties should forward the following pertinent information by August 22, 2005: 1. Building name; 2. Rental rate fully serviced; 3. Tenant improvement allowance offered as part of rental rate; and 4.
