Description: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in the award of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The purpose of this procurement is to provide pre-review, review, closing, adjudication, and post-closing support for fieldwork background investigations that are related to the completion of background investigations on Federal Government applicants, employees, and contractors performing sensitive work, and individuals being investigated pursuant to Federal regulatory requirements. The RFP will be released and may be downloaded electronically at the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) on/about August 30, 2005.
