Description

The Government intends to award, on a SOLE SOURCE basis with R&D Enterprises, under authority of FAR 6.302, a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order for 284 tons of Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB) Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) pellets through 30 September 2005. This notice is neither a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
