Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District intends to solicit for the following GSA Environmental Services for the U.S. Army Environmental Center, Aberdeen, MD for technical support to the USAEC Acquisition & Technology (AT) Division's Mana gement of the Operating Contract for the National Defense for Environmental Excellence (NDCEE). The contractor shall provide personnel, services, facilities, supplies, equipment and material necessary to perform the required services in accordance with the specifications of the Scope of Work. The objective of this SOW is to provide specialized technical, management, analysis, coordination and administrative support to the AT Division.
