Description

The US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting (ITEC4), Alexandria, VA intends to acquire on a non-competitive basis, JCALS sustainment support consisting of program management support, system prob lem support, network management system support, maintenance releases, emergency releases, COTS and GOTS integration support, and interface maintenance support for the integrated suite of JCALS software. The contract will be an IDIQ type with ordering on T& M or performance based FFP basis for a period of five years, consisting of a twelve month base period and four twelve year option periods. This action is being processed on a sole source basis with Computer Sciences Corporation, Moorestown, NJ IAW FAR 6.3 02-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This notice is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources; however, any qualified and responsible source may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency.
