- Description
- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to the Bureau of National Affairs for the provision of Print Information - Books, publications, and subscription services. The period of performance for this award is: 01 September 2005 through 31 August 2006. Four one-year options may be awarded with the base year of the contract. The Bureau of National Affairs is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of these books and services, which may or may not be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
