*****SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING****** This solicitation is modified to correct and included the following as stated in Statement of Work: (a) PROJECT SCOPE, page one, #3, modify to read: Remove existing boiler vent system from Bldg. N-71 and install 2 new sidewall power vent systems. (b) PROJECT SCOPE, page one, #4, modify to read: Install earthquake bracing on the 2 existing water tanks and install a water heater pan under each water tank in the boiler room in Bldg. N-71. (c) PROJECT SCOPT, page one, add #6 to read: Completely remove and dispose of the Simplex day tank and accessory components and piping within the mechanical room of building N-71 and install new supply and return fuel piping to service the existing boilers. (See drawing for day tank location) (d) INSTALLATION AND MATERIALS: BLDG, N-92 Sidewall Boiler Vent System, page 6, heading, modify to read: BLDG N-71 Sidewall Boiler Vent System (e) First sentence after heading, page 6, modify to read: Install two sidewall boiler vent systems in Bldg. N-71, one for one boiler. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Written quotes will be due on / about September 01, 2005.
