NSN: 5999-01-040-3655 SHIELDING GASKET, EL**Response date has been changed to 09/19/05 at 1:00 p,m. This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 08/18/05, with the Response date on or around 09/19/05. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: SP0905-05-R-X456. Approved source: There are 3 approved sources: Raytheon (3B150)P/N 710895-1, Parker Hannifin Corp (83259) P/N 022962-1,and Ribco (07865) P/N 710895-1. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with FOUR (4) 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 5 year estimated quantity is 2250 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. From: 1-450, Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does not apply for award.
