THIS CHANGE APPLIES TO BOTH OPTIONS. *NOTE* DELETE THIRD TERM OPTION - THERE WILL ONLY BE TWO TERM OPTIONS *NOTE* THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION WITH A 10% EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR HUBZONE CONCERNS *NOTE* SPECIFICATION DATE FOR YACL-WP PD 99-01 SHOULD READ 20 APR 2001 INSTEAD OF AUGUST 2004 AS INITIALLY SUBMITTED Numbered note 26 applies. Solicitation will be issued using Best Value source selection procedures. This will be a negotiated Indefinite Delivery type procurement with three term options for Coveralls, Flyers 27/P, Sage Green (PGC: 00470)) (NSN: 8415-01-043-8376(s). Sizes will be procured FOB destination to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA and (W62G2T) San Joaquin, CA. The quantity is 32,000 minimum and 130,000 maximum for the base year and all option years. This new acquisition will be available under RFP: SP0100-05-R-0081 after August 10,2005. The estimated closing date for the RFP is September 10, 2005. Applicable specification is YACL-WP PD99-01 dated April 2001 with pattern dated 26 August 2002. Production lead time is 180 days after date of award with three deliveries. Requirements of the solicitation consist of PDM, Experience/Past Performance, Industrial Mobilization/Surge Capacity, Socioeconomic Plan, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements, and JavitS-Wagner-O?Day Act. Prior Award History is as follows: Contractor: Carter Industries Inc., Quantity: 79,000 minimum and 190,000 maximum with two term options. The base dollar value was $7,228,500 (minimum), the first term option dollar value was $7,374,650 (minimum) and the second term option dollar value was $7,374,650 (minimum).
