- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office intends to procure sole source from McKesson Aps, 2800 South MacArthur Drive, Suite 100, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301-2923, the following items: One (1) each McKesson Pharmacy 2000 hardware/software upgrade consisting of server B single P4 RAID 5 3x18, UPS, Monitor, Modem; Five (5) each workstation upgrade consisting of workstation P4, 256MB, 40GB, LCD/w touch screen, barcode reader, UPS; One (1) each ASIII CPU consisting of PC control box, CPU card w/onboard VGA/LAN, CPU PIII 850MHZ, CPU memory 256MB, hard drive 2.5 40GB, floppy disc drive SLIM 1.44MB, CD-RW&DVD combo, OS none, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet interface 1XRS-232 Ports, 1x RS-232/422/485 port, 1 PCI slot and 1 shared PCI/ISA slot, universal 70W power supply, USB connector (added for McKesson), Y cable w/PS2 mouse and keyboard connection, Elo touch screen, Digi PCI card; one (1) each AccuSign; one (1) each conversion cost; for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. All proposals received by 3:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Savings Time, August 23, 2005 will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated date of award is August 24, 2005.
