Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with Spectranetics, Inc. to provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on Spectranetics CVX-300 Excimer located at the VAMC Milwaukee, WI. Other sources that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office no later than 12:00 PM on August 24, 2005. Information may be mailed or it may be faxed to: 414-902-5440. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2005. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about August 16, 2005. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
