Description: THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for comercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. Note: If the government anticipated receiving two(2) or more fair priced offers from responsible Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns, this solicitation will be cancelled and an appropriate set-aside solicitation will be issued. The HVAC system cleaning contractor shall be a certified member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association(NADCA). The OR suite includes seven(7) operating rooms and a sterile core.
