Description: Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is seeking companies who have the capability to provide a system that will automate files in the ANAD Legal office by converting existing hard copy files and Microsoft word, power point and excel documents into an electroni c format. The system has to be compatible with Microsoft word, power point and excel. The system must allow Legal personnel the capability to edit (cut, paste, add, delete, etc) all the files in the system. The system must be user friendly. It will nee d a search engine that allows files to be retrieved by generic word or specific file name. ANAD is seeking sources for a vendor that has an off the shelf automated file system designed for a Legal office and can be customized for a Government Legal office . Interested companies are requested to provide brochures, literature, published price lists, and descriptions of the commercial product not later than 7 calendar days after synopsis appears. We are eager to view your submissions; however, please only fo rward data that directly supports your capability to meet this requirement.
