Description

PROJECT TITLE: General Purpose Warehouse 2005 LOCATION: DDJC, Tracy Army Depot, Tracy CA TYPE OF AWARD: This RFP is Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. JOB DESCRIPTION: Construct a 480,000 SF, permanent, non-combustible, General Purpose Warehouse with concrete floors at dock height and 26 ft clear stacking height for active bulk storage. Warehouse will require weather sealed truck doors, loading docks w ith dock levelers, paved roadways, connection to all utilities, mechanical ventilation for the warehouse, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, and natural gas fired heaters and evaporation cooling in the shipping and receiving area. The project will also include 5,000 SF Administrative Annex and a 960 SF Utility Annex. The administrative annexes will include administrative offices, restrooms, employee locker rooms, communication closets and break/lunch rooms. The project will also include eight each 11.14 M2 sprinkler riser annexes 89.19M2. Supporting facilities include utilities work, both voice and data communication systems, fire alarm and suppressant system, paving and site improvements. Project also includes demolition of four antiquated WWII warehouse s consisting of 693,360 SF. ESTIMATED COST RANGE OF PROJECT: ($25,000,000 - $100,000,000) This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Y179, SIC CODE: 1799, NAICS Code: 236210. The size standard for this code is $28,500.000.00.
